This is a VERY PROLIFIC AREA. FIRST reserve is a well established and successful investor, still holds LOU, along with ERIC and i'm sure many others. This will be a GAME CHANGER. they have the cash and experienced MGMT. TEAM. BUY company, improve all the METRICS, SELL at 5 times . The volume will soon increase and the stock will move up. TARGET PRICE IS 1.35 $$$$ plus. LOAD UP THE TRUCK.

Only the BOD can answer that question on the threat of a rollback....(Its been on the table for the past 5 years looking back at all their yearly proxies) I loaded back up at .59 and will start selling again if the buying dries up again.
