Horrible employerThis company is horrible to it's employees. As an ex-employee I can back this statement. Under paid wages. Racists toward the english and expects over-time for employees almost daily. It has poor management, and the environment should be checked out by health Canada as employees are known to drink the ice-water from the barrels by sticking paper cups from the water dispenser inside it. They would see it if they looked at their security footage once in a while. They stick their faces in the product and many other unsanitary practices such as having the kief and ice water within close proximities with unclean ceilings that are filled with kief inside the fan in the ice water room. The freeze dryers are always smelling like oil and being dismissed and "nothing" and they expect employees to work over a deep freezer to sift the product while using nothing but a yoga mat on their knees. As an employee who almost lost her fingers to the ice barrels I will tell you this they didn't care about their employees one bit. Until their health and safety within this company improves along with the management this company is doomed.
