Maybe, (but I do not know) Lupaka owned a large amount of shares prior to the cutoff date. That would give them instant cash when the settlement is distributed??

i am right holder.at that time there was 180 million share outstanding. if we get out of court settelment even at 60 million canadian we should 30 to 50 cents per right.i hope we do not go to court ...more

Keep in mind: Only those shareholders at the time the arbitration commenced will share in the proceeds of the settlement. Rights were distributed to the shareholders on that record date. GLTA original ...more
