Nepotism

Nepotism
LTE acquired (without a halt) and sold AMEC 15 months later.

They cleaned house then made a deal with IronMan (2022) and acquired them a year later (2023)

So since 2022, how has Ironman contributed to the bottom line better than AMEC?
Benefit of IronMan should have come through already, no?

Clearly, this deal will benefit Ironman more thant LTE shareholders.
And Ironman does not seem to be in a hurry to make it happen.
All this smells of nepotism.
