Yes, I would think this is indeed good news as they may have been given awards (not announced as of yet) that far exceed their expectations.........

If all Warrants are exercised, Lite Access(LTCCF) will receive proceeds of approximately $4.6 million, which will be used to further Lite Access'(LTCCF) significant growth in the United Kingdom. Very Nice !

This isn't very good.  Not near enough volume to suck up the 7 million warrants out there.  Should have waited to announce these supposed new contracts first.  This is going to drop tomorrow.  And it won't be worth it to excersise the warrants.   Why do they suddenly need cash?  They have two lines of credit, and supposedly up front setup costs are paid for. ...more

They have until Sept 11, so we should have the awards announced before then.  I wouldn't be surprised if we get new awards in the next 2 to 3 days and they are much larger than anticipated.  If that's the case and the warrant holders drive this down anyway near their strike price of $.65 I'll be a big buyer.

Do you really think they didn't think of the vol ? 1. Earnings are do they will be strong. 2. Bid awards are due they could be massive. 3. CEO says money will be used to fund the UK growth. 4. Everything is already set up they know exactly what's coming. 5. Like I guessed in my last post news coming and it's big. Remember the volume spike a few weeks ago. Tgif guys.

YOu can bet there is a dose of manipulation to keep the stock above the 0.85 in order to trigger the warrant exercise. Clearly they saw this as a means to fund their operations otherwise they would have let the market fund them over time  through warrant exercise organically and not trigger a big sell off due to the volume. This stock is going to languish on or about 0.65 or may even go lower ...more

I believe the company does NOT need the financing . On the contrary, if 7 million new shares were issued, this would result in dilution. I think they want to keep the trading price low for the next two weeks and then release news of new contracts after the warrants expire. if I am right, the stock becomes a great buy at the 60-75 cent level. I have no real experience with all this, so I would ...more

You people just got it in the ear. Been watching this to see if contracts are signed. This indicates nothing was signed or they would have announced this after announcing large contracts to soak up the paper. So it would appear you will sit until all 7 million has been traded. jmo

With respect.  they don't want 7 million new shares in the float.  If the price stays below 85 cents until the evening of September 11th , the warrants will expire. Until then, management does not want the stock to go up above 85 cents. Once  the warrants expire, they can announce new contracts ( if there are any). The stock would rise and if they wanted to issue 7 ...more

Read the news release it reads they have triggered the excel clause. The stock stayed above 85 cents for the time needed to trigger the clause. Now those 65 cent warrants ( I believe they are 65 cents ) have until sept 11th to exercise. So until sept 11th this stock will have 7 million shares hanging over it's head or until all 7 million trade or are paid for.

t Nobody needs to sell anything. It is not necessary to buy 7 million shares. If you cant afford the warrants you should have sold in the .80's or .90's or passed on the pp. If your shs are in a rrsp or tfsa you should have planned for that. The company made it obvious that this was in the cards or a possibility. We will be fine. Jmho
