Maritime Resources Corp. is a Canada-based gold exploration and development company. The Company is focused on advancing the Hammerdown Gold Project in the Baie Verte District of Newfoundland and Labrador, a top tier global mining jurisdiction. The Company holds a 100% interest directly and subject to option agreements entitling it to earn 100% ownership in the Green Bay Property, which includes the former Hammerdown gold mine and the Orion gold project. It also controls over 439 square kilometers (km2) of exploration land including the Green Bay, Whisker Valley, Gull Ridge and Point Rousse projects. Mineral processing assets owned by the Company in the Baie Verte mining district include the Pine Cove mill and the Nugget Pond gold circuit. ddaaarrnnI thought this was a sure bet.

But it's not.

If a couple of the groups who have supported this company with financings the last couple of years aren't interested.  It's a 1 cent stock.

If they look and say....we have invested millions.  But you haven't really done anything to increase reserves.  But you have blown away $2 million dollars in the last year.  We might not be interested in putting millions towards it anymore.

If that happens.... it will certainly explain why people are more than happy to sell at 0.04.  And some people would probably have an idea.

All the good news that is supposedly coming.  I think they said in December it takes about 8 weeks for  approvals which they submitted the applications over 2 months ago.

If those investors have seen enough... this company is done.

Hopefully that is not the case.  If it happens... blame it on management greed.
