HD s Reserves Can be Produced in 2.5 years with PC MillOver the course of the 5 year mine at 50,000 ounces per year, The XRAY ore sorter in the 2022 FS reduced volumes sent to the mill by 40 % from 1.9 m tons to 1.15 million tons at an average sorted grade of 6.7 grams per ton.
The Pine Cove Mill can process 450,000 tons of ore per year just
Ussing the same ore sorter with the same results, it would take the Pine Cove Mill just 2.5 years to produce the 272,000 ounces of Reserves at approx 105,000 ounces per year
This assumes no increase in grade, nor Reserves and that the same inefficient sorter will be used .
None of these assumptions are likely to be apply , given the higher performance of recent sorters , and the higher grades and new discoveries of the 2025 GC drilling program.
In short, if Dundee wants a very quick ramp up to 100,000 ounces per year, all he has to do is put in his order...
