The Company controls over 439 square kilometers (km2) of exploration land, including the Green Bay, Whisker Valley, Gull Ridge, and Point Rousse projects. The mineral processing assets owned by the Company in the Baie Verte mining district include the Pine Cove mill and the Nugget Pond gold circuit.

Verge of production

For a company on the verge of production, I can't say this company is performing particularily well. The 1.4 billion shares can be resoved by a reverse split. However, their lack of communication with shareholders and their inability to meet expectations in a timely manner need improvement!
