Artis may buy
Artis may buy
Artis reit which used to be run by the Martens family is now looking at purchasing equities that are involved in the residential apartment rentals as a new strategy. Marwest may be a target for them considering the low price and trading at far less than its net asset value. They are both Winnipeg based companies and the new board at Artis knows the players well. They could easily take a majority position at a higher price.
