Is it true? Gainey Capital Corp. (V.GNC) has been filed a delisting notice from SEC? They will be enter Into Insolvency and will be listing on the OTC?

Iscfa read the sedi reports GNC has no money on the balance sheet ,a ceo that does not answer his phone or respond to emails,their office is closed ,the web site has no current updates with no information for investors,no promotion of the company in a bull market,and from what I am understanding they are not in compliance with SEC and IROC regulations and furthermore my good friend if you care to ...more
