Max Resource Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company exploring the sediment-hosted copper district in Colombia and direct shipping ore (DSO) iron ore within the Iron Quadrangle in Brazil, hosting some of the DSO mines in the world. Its Sierra Azul is a district-scale copper-silver project spanning 120- kilometers (km) along the 200-km-long Cesar Basin in the mining region of northeastern Colombia. This region provides access to infrastructure resulting from oil and gas and mining operations. Its mining concessions cover an area of more than 180 square kilometers (km2). Its exploration is focused on three districts at Sierra-Azul: AM District, Conejo District and URU District. The Floralia Hematite DSO Iron Ore Project is situated within a prolific iron ore mining region in Minas Gerais, Brazil’s iron ore-producing state, 67 kilometers east of the capital city of Belo Horizonte and 11 kilometers northeast of the mining town of St Barbara.

Very impressive presentation. Hard to believe that MAX is trading at an all-time low. I see that there have been numerous share consolidations in the company's history? 2015 being the most recent??
