Max Resource Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company exploring the sediment-hosted copper district in Colombia and direct shipping ore (DSO) iron ore within the Iron Quadrangle in Brazil, hosting some of the DSO mines in the world. Its Sierra Azul is a district-scale copper-silver project spanning 120- kilometers (km) along the 200-km-long Cesar Basin in the mining region of northeastern Colombia. This region provides access to infrastructure resulting from oil and gas and mining operations. Its mining concessions cover an area of more than 180 square kilometers (km2). Its exploration is focused on three districts at Sierra-Azul: AM District, Conejo District and URU District. The Floralia Hematite DSO Iron Ore Project is situated within a prolific iron ore mining region in Minas Gerais, Brazil’s iron ore-producing state, 67 kilometers east of the capital city of Belo Horizonte and 11 kilometers northeast of the mining town of St Barbara.

We are going to need cash for Sierra Azul. A lot of cash! And that is a good thing, the goal is to have the piece of Max Brazil we own pay for our cash calls.

We're not sitting around waiting to get picked off for pennies on the dollar while Freeport developes our world class mine.

The political left turn in Colombia caused us to do the 80:20, I was ok with it. Even more so ok with it now. Add in Brazil Iron cash flow and MAX is a brilliant gamble to hold, I'm even accumulating more MAX.

I even put $AUD50,000.00 into Brazil Iron @ $0.10, so I am biased as you could be.
