What Share Price if the New Offering At?

I did not see how much each share will be worth with this new round of financing. Shares are very cheap now but if the finance deal has them cheaper I would like to know...anybody know?

$2.10 found it...oh well, need to see how Monday shakes out before I commit to entering.
