I hear you.  Thats whats lingering in the back of my mind,  the Buy Out.   And our shares get cut by a third....

Please enlighten us why a third? Past experiences buyout roomers drive the SP up... unless they are going bust and that's not the case

I don't think its a buyout, I suspect that someone searching for "undervalued" stocks is taking up a significant position and eating up the shares in the process. It should level off (unless good news follows). Similar event happened this week with Kraken (PNG). In two days it went from 60 cents to $1.15 and has settled a bit (for now). Imo, it was undervalued, with decent revenue

Dunworkin2 appreciate the comment and yes it has been one heck of along time for this. Now on to this buy out comments, I have no I mean no thoughts in my head regarding a buy out. Got know idea where this is coming from. This company has just put themselves in the best position ever. IMO the next news release will be on them finalizing their 2nd tranche and hopefully dropping a news release

my comment was based on the thought that, if there was a buy out of MDX, our shares would be reduced buy the buying company...thats what I meant.
