I am always amused when I see posts from Insightful1 acting so indignant when someone...heck anyone....questions the amazing trajectory of MDX.

So instead of spewing opinions, speculation, rumour. FUD, sarcasm, etc,....why don't we just look at some facts about the company and then maybe....just maybe...it will become just a little more obvious why some shareholders are not quite ready to pick up a pair of pompoms and do some MDX cheerleading.....

February 13, 2008         this company starts off with a SP day high of $0.40
July 17, 2008                 SP is $0.31

Now I know we aren't supposed to look at the old days of this company......so why don't we fast forward a little bit.....as the company direction and management did undergo a pretty substantial overhaul in the intervening years anyways....

Now I mentioned that on July 17 2008 the SP was $0.31......the reason I did that was in the years following it went DOWN as low as $0.02 in June 2011.....

The next time the SP was as high as $0.30 was not until March 21-23 2018.....almost 10 YEARS since the last time it was that high.....

And here we stand today...with a SP of $0.075.....we have been hovering in the $0.07 range since December 2 2021..we were that low in March 2020 and August 2017 and September 2016.....

So as far as the DATA goes around the SP.....the numbers suggest a less than stellar performance.....


How about Outstanding share count???

I know myself I have biatched on several occasions it would appear the only real money coming into this company was via PP's.....or as I like to refer to them as another opportunity to create long term bagholders (aka suckers for the storyline)....

December 2017       112.7M outstanding
December 2018       135.1M outstanding
December 2019       143.6M outstanding
December 2020       175.9M outstanding
December 2021       183.7M outstanding

Hmmm.....not exactly a heart warming storyline here either....

Maybe we can look at another item that has been mentioned by the non-cheerleader crowd before.....management having some skin in the game....

So how much of this company is held by insiders you ask???   ready for this......
             a whopping 2.0%

Or how about held by Institutions??? That is usually a pretty good indicator no??
       they hold a mind blowing 0.56%


So unfortunately the DATA would suggest that perhaps....and I only say perhaps because heaven forbid I am overly critical of this company....that maybe longer term shareholders actually do have a pretty legit reason for being skeptical of absolutely anything that comes out of this company...

But hey what do I know....I'm not an insider like Insightful1 is....so my opinion/thoughts/questions are probably not worth 2 cents anyways....

Hey maybe if I put a few of those opinions/thoughts/questions together I could buy a whole share of this potential behemoth....LOL

Hi Retire. I value what you have said. I agree.  The facts and numbers of the real McCoy dont add up, and being pessimistically optimistic I think , are the words of caution with this company.    I have decent hill of shares of this company, but, its liike ,  How long should I keep Believing?  lol.

Actually, at the current time, Mdx reminds me of when I invested in Newstrike (HIP) pot stock.   There was a lot of talk about Happy, Happy, Happy, and things were good, but no beef.   During all the Hype Talk , and all the "good things they were doing for the investors"  the price of  HIP  never moved.  Then the sleazy f**k*n  c00ks**ker who own
