Greenbank is just a shareholder

and has no authority over how the company does it`s buisness but a activist shareholder can create shareholder value by trying to get a board seat....what MFX did was ALL VERY LEGAL

Based on the news, it seems as if they contravened policies. I am fine with an activist investor. It may be a rocky road in the near term but typically an activist has a very clear outline plan to grow the company and reward shareholders. This is where i see this going.

Just to remind you all, Greenbank just made a 100% return on their investment in MFX when the stock hit $0.04. They clearly think this can be a lot higher with the direction they want to take, so that's what Im banking on. I wouldn't be surprised if they are plotting to do a merger with their own Ubique Minerals- which is why they might be against this and could potentially ...more
