They have no merit...I would love to see a ACTIVIST SHAREHOLDER  but  these guys just want the company for CHEAP...ITS HARPER teling them to make noise..WELL PUT THE BUYOUT OFFER IN AND WE WILL LOOK AT IT AND DON`T BE A CHEAPSKATE!!!!
