From what I can see
The management got shares at 0.05 for compensation for work. CEO at the time wanted to sell company to gbc at 0.02 per share in return for a guarantee job somewhere else. Other managementhan must have gotten frustrated thinking that their compensation for their work has been reduced to under half. So they fight back and this is where MFX is now. I can soooo see this going to 4 cents before management gives in. But if they're strong they'll get their full potential 0.05 per share and so will the share holders
