1 GBC Share for Every 10 MFX?

If you check today's GBC's stock price at $1.35, a 1 for 10 equals a share price of $0.135 for MFX. Isn't that a big stretch ( 9 times appreciation) from MFX's current share price of $.015? Is that realistic?

MFX's high this year was .06 back in February. In a 0 cash takeover, shares for shares, its not unreasonable to expect an additional premium in my opinion. We MFX share holders are taking a risk accepting shares which could fluctuate significantly. GBC share price was as low as a buck recently.
