The financing today and takeover possibilities may actually make sense as Achi says.....If a takeover offer is anticipated it makes sense to do a financing since it could prove difficult if there is uncertainty with a higher share price due to possible bidding wars and a financing could possibly interfere in the process....Or this financing could be an attempt at discouraging a takeover offer...?&

I agree 100 percent.  They seemed so share holder focused.  Made clear statement that with 17M for drilling they will have no reason to go to public market for years. ...and then under 60 days later they chase 10M at 36 cents?   Something not right.  This is currently an ethical issue to me....until I hear the real reason etc. Reading everyone's comments....makes
