It owns a 100% interest in the 13,610-hectare Lynx Nickel property located in British Columbia, Canada. It owns a 100% interest in the La Gitana property, a gold-silver project located in Mexico. It also owns a 100% interest in the Pena Blanca gold-silver property located in Mexico. The Company holds a 1% net smelter royalty (NSR) on the King’s Point gold-base metals project located in Newfoundland covers two core project areas of approximately 3,225 hectares plus certain mineral claims within three kilometers of the core areas.

Agreed - all companies start their drill programs on the portion of the property showing the LEAST potential for mineralization - then work out from there..
