The Company holds a 1% net smelter royalty (NSR) on the King’s Point gold-base metals project located in Newfoundland covers two core project areas of approximately 3,225 hectares plus certain mineral claims within three kilometers of the core areas.

Guaranteed ;Guaranteed there's a couple majors ( base metal companies ) sniffing around ! Eh , even they like to get in early. With this low market cap it's a no-brainer . I'll bet anyone 50% of this company is taken over in the next 4 weeks before the share price really starts to move. Cheers all .
