Inomin Mines Inc. is focused on the identification, acquisition, and exploration of mineral properties with a potential to host significant resources, especially critical minerals, as well as gold and silver. The Company owns a 100% interest in the 7,528-hectare Beaver magnesium-nickel property located in British Columbia, Canada. The Beaver property is situated in south-central British Columbia, 15 kilometers east of the Gibraltar mine. It owns a 100% interest in the 13,610-hectare Lynx Nickel property located in British Columbia, Canada. It owns a 100% interest in the La Gitana property, a gold-silver project located in Mexico. It also owns a 100% interest in the Pena Blanca gold-silver property located in Mexico. The Company holds a 1% net smelter royalty (NSR) on the King’s Point gold-base metals project located in Newfoundland covers two core project areas of approximately 3,225 hectares plus certain mineral claims within three kilometers of the core areas.

Sunset. All companies do PP,S to gain funds to drill more holes. That's normal and par for the course. Now V.MINE has a beauty tight float so dilution is not an issue . Down the road maybe but hitting more big holes will have next PP at a much higher SP so much less dilution . So all good flip away and hey profits are profits yup. As for not holding overnight your money your call . Lets hope we get a halt and a big name of a JV big fish. Then your strategy goes right out the window as your stuck on the bid while the pre day bids and asks surge on huge news. So yup my money , my call but I prefer to have skin in the game .
