I remember seeing financials due may 30th,, obviously tmr..I hope so in order to get a better idea of what's going on..I have a good feeling were gonna see at least DECENT figures, the large expectations I had were for december...

The way I read is they have to be out by end of May or they are out of compliance, if that happens it just doesn't matter because the product is growing and that's all that counts IMO, holding up to regulatory things is sometimes not done but it's not earth shattering if they are not met.
