It would be interesting...

to get Mr. Collins and Reed in a court of law to explain the last several months, name the unnamed and explore any previous relatioships. This has unfolded too neatly to give incompetance a passing glance!!

You may be right there. On the incompetence theme I am surprised that only one director Harry Rosen resigned. The rest are staying on board. Based on how they handled things this past year it makes it tough for a vote of confidence going forward.

Must look to appearances......it would look  bad if they all jumped at the same time!

July 9/12 they announced closing of the first tranche of a PP for approx. $1.7M and determined not to complete the original balance. July 20/12 they announced closing of the acquisition of MyTracks Mobile Health Solutions. Nov 7/12 they announced arranging $1M secured debt facility at $100,000 per month Nov 29/12 they issued results and MD&A for 3 months showing $100,000 revenue and $2.5 ...more

Because that would be the fair and honest thing to do. Debtholders trying to steal a company by issuing debt they know won't be paid back don't work that way.

So, in nine months they transferred thevalue of the research, technology, product and preliminary marketing benefits, away from the shareholders, transferred them to Newco at the expense of the shareholders and left them with a damaged shell with liability for a product with no potential, just liability, and a small revenue stream to pay for it. Great, there aught to be a law!

The thing i would  like clarity on is the relationships between all the parties involved, given the immediate outcome of smartcoach.......the writing must have been on the wall even before purchasing it, and how did mr. reed manage to extract the terms he did?

Interesting indeed. This is borderline fraud and I use the term borderline loosely. I'm just glad I smelled the rat in time and left with profits. Where are all the stinking pumpers led by requiemeterna hiding today? I know they are 1'ing my posts since that's all they can do now and based on how correctly I've called this garbage I should be getting top notch rankings.
