Multi-Metal Development Ltd is a mining company. The Company is advancing two projects, including CuMo Project in Idaho and Bleiberg Project in Austria. The CuMo Project has two distinct layers of diversification: the upper half contains higher grades of silver and copper compared to molybdenum; the lower half is rich in molybdenum, with lower grades of silver and copper. The CuMo deposit is located at the south-western end of the Idaho-Montana Porphyry Belt within the Atlanta Lobe of the Idaho Batholith. The Bleiberg Zinc-Germanium-Lead-Fluorite-Cadmium Mine Complex consists of 116 exploration licenses totaling 6,582.4 hectares, located approximately 130 kilometers south of the city of Salzburg, Austria. Bleiberg is a polymetallic zinc, germanium, lead, fluorite and cadmium mine site.

the problem is without assets and $6.6 million of debt and a history of stiffing people, hence the o/s debt, this co. is overpriced by $.03. It's techniclly overpriced at 0. These are the facts Jack, you can read it in the q's.
