Multi-Metal Development Ltd is a mining company. The Company is advancing two projects, including CuMo Project in Idaho and Bleiberg Project in Austria. The CuMo Project has two distinct layers of diversification: the upper half contains higher grades of silver and copper compared to molybdenum; the lower half is rich in molybdenum, with lower grades of silver and copper. The CuMo deposit is located at the south-western end of the Idaho-Montana Porphyry Belt within the Atlanta Lobe of the Idaho Batholith. The Bleiberg Zinc-Germanium-Lead-Fluorite-Cadmium Mine Complex consists of 116 exploration licenses totaling 6,582.4 hectares, located approximately 130 kilometers south of the city of Salzburg, Austria. Bleiberg is a polymetallic zinc, germanium, lead, fluorite and cadmium mine site.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:10 years later…There was a filing recently with the SEC in US (April 8, 2025) against Idaho Copper and Cumo by the major share holder in Hong Kong (121,000,000 shares)  I am not a lawyer but looks like this goose is finally cooked as the shares may have fallen to .001 cent.  Anyone know more about this?
