Major Position Being Acquired

Using Trade Station data, I have gone back two years to August 2020.

Every month since then, 84ITG84 has been buying in amounts up to 1 million shares.
I have not gone back beyond that but I suspect more buying by that house was happening.

I have not formally added up the buying but eyeballing suggests about 15 m shares by that purchaser at..eyeballing..an average price of about 12 cents.

This long term and persisten buying is most likely by a very motivated buyer with a firm intent .

It is also not an insider, as there are no insider buying reports of that consistency 

This is very positive.
I can speculate who it might be and if correct, it would be not unexpected.

My view is that this buyer  will use his position to make things happen , once his leverage point is reached.
I have no idea as to what or when but no astute buyer accumulates such an extended position without a profitable plan in mind.

Buying by this house began in January 2019. At that time, being more liquid, larger monthly and daily amounts were being bought. I would judge the position is now about 25 million shares, excluding buying on other exchanges. The Selinsing feasability study was released in January 2019, the bulk sample plan for Peranghi was announced, and activity began ratcheting up for our Murchison assets

Great Information Nozz As prevously noted, over the last 6 months I doubled the number of shares I own. Because it's transitioning back into prifitable production. The founder is gone, thank god. Now only the Chairman and our CEO need to be replaced. It`s not like we are going to miss them. Any knowledgeable astute investor with a sizeable position, realizes they gotta go. It should

Whomever this person is, it looks like he is investing $3 million or so. Thats a lot of  dough . We are just 2 months from commissiniong of the FP and several months after that commercial ramp up will begin. Should those events fail to lift the share price out of the doldrums,  our new shareholder will be just as peeved as we are .......and there are those 180 m shares still kicking

I think you are right nozz . When we start to get some solid information out of the new mine things will change . Dispite what the media would have everyone believe the price of gold is high and strong even while being the most manipulated product on the planet.  If a company can`t make money at prices even as low as $1200 they probably shouldn`t be in business . Thank you Wayne. This is determined stealth buying at its best. Every day, even Friday, 84 picked up 20,000 of the 41 m shares. When they stop, it will be just bellow the 10% limit....about 33 m shares which is the second largest shareholder below Dato. I would not be surprised to see a major block trade of shares as well..

This is a high net worth individual . That person or entity is either buying in support of a planned management move or in support or by a hostile buyer. The former seems more likely , for reasons I spelled out earlier. During most of the 30 month buying period, there has been persistent selling by a single house .
