The Company has entered into an option agreement to acquire approximately 75% of the Salar De Laguna Blanca project (the Laguna Project) located near the town of San Pedro de Atacama, Chile from Lithium Chile Inc. The Laguna Project covers an area of approximately 12,425 hectares. The Company also has an option to acquire approximately 100% interest in the Jemi rare earth element (REE) Project located in Coahuila, Mexico near the Texas, United States of America border. The Jemi Project hosts numerous rare earth element (REE) occurrences in the form of dikes and dikelets. The Company also holds a 2% net smelter return royalty on Summit Nanotech Corporation’s share of any future lithium production from the Salar de Turi Project.

Big If...

Big If...They are halted today pending news.  I doubt that would be because of the NZ miss.... where NZ didn't even halt themselves.

Kind of nervous I got to admit.

What would require a halt pending news?

I don't like that the 500 000 share bid at the lowly price of 0.03 was pulled.

Are they kapoot?  Or going to surprise us pleasantly?  Hope that we know soon.
