Insider and Institutional Ownership... 36%
With Insiders holding 28.42% and Institutions holding 7.86% of shares, and purchasing over $1.1 million (CAD) at $0.025 over the last 6 months you may be wondering like myself if this would be done if there was a lack of confidence even when their investment dropped to just over $420 thousand here at $0.01.
With insider interest at $0.025 it showed that they believed there was upside in the investment. But what is of even more interest is that even before the MCTO (Managment Cease Trade Order) NO ONE HAS SOLD A SHARE! in the last year but have invested more.
With high insider ownership it seams that they would have more incentive to grow the company, only time will tell. Hopefully the Annual Filings will shed more light on the path that will be taken.
