Mission Ready Announces $58.5 Million in New Purchase Orders

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 25, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mission Ready Solutions Inc. (“ Mission Ready ” or the “ Company ”) ( TSXV: MRS ) is pleased to announce that, further to its September 18, 2020 news release announcing new contract awards valued at an estimated $127 million, with a ceiling of $435 million (the “ C&T Contracts ”), and its September 24, 2020 news release announcing new purchase orders totalling approximately $37.5 million, the Company has received approximately $58.5 million in additional purchase orders. Since being awarded the C&T Contracts on September 14, 2020, the Company has received purchase orders totalling approximately $96 million.

All purchase orders received to date across the C&T Contracts call for delivery of the products between October 2020 and February 2021. In accordance with the terms of the C&T Contracts, the Defense Logistics Agency will remit payment to Unifire within 30 days of delivery of the products pursuant to each purchase order.

We are now at about $225 million in orders. With a 7% profit margin we stand to have about $16 million in gross profits while the market cap is only 45 million...

If you go to DLA awards related to the first news release it shows 7 government contracts of $127M. In addition to this we have now added $58.5 and $37.5 million totalling $225 million

The 58.5 and 37.5 are purchase orders, all part of the 127 potential. Not in addition to.

Your 100% correct, the amounts given were from the original 7 contracts and NOT I say NOT newly awarded contracts. Why there was a halt and not better clarification.....I don't know. What I will say is that at this stage it won't take many more news announcements to excede the bottom level of the contracts. From there it's all up-hill towards the upper level of the contracts.
