Unifire Provides Update and Announce Changes at PTF Manufacturing Inc.

SPOKANE, WASHINGTON – JUNE 16, 2021 – Unifire Inc. (“Unifire” or the “Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mission Ready Solutions Inc (“Mission Ready”) (TSX Venture: MRS) (OTCQX: MSNVF), is excited to share two announcements today. Further to the “One Company, One Team, One Direction” philosophy currently being emphasized as part of the Mission Ready group of companies, Skip Church, President of Unifire will now oversee all aspects of PTF Manufacturing Inc. (“PTF’).

Skip Church, President of Unifire stated, “I am excited for the opportunity to take over PTF. The strategic alignment of our corporate resources, both human and financial, will allow greater efficiency and maximize our ability to compete on opportunities. The complement of PTF’s manufacturing capabilities, along with Unifire’s sales team and Government Contract opportunities, will promote greater synergy and deepen our commitment to One Company, One Team, One Direction.”

PTF has reengaged in discussions with the U.S. Army in an effort to renew its patenting and licensing agreement on its U.S. Patent No. 9,823,050 Integrated Body Armor Garment (also known as the Ballistic Combat Shirt or Flex9 Armor) (the “BCS”).  Recently, the U.S. Army released a Presolicitation Notice for the BCS.

“The Unifire team generates a multitude of sales opportunities across the personal protection market segment – The synergy of Unifire’s sales infrastructure working in unison with PTF’s domestic prototyping and manufacturing footprint represents a tremendous opportunity for the Company to facilitate the nationwide demand for Made in America personal protective solutions; a key component of Mission Ready’s core objectives, “stated Francisco Martinez, Chief Technology Officer of Unifire.

About the Flex9 Armor Shirt

The Flex9 Armor Shirt is designed to function as an Advanced Combat Shirt (ACS) while providing ballistic fragmentation protection and flame-resistant protection to first responders. The Flex9 provides ballistic fragmentation protection to the upper arms and shoulders and is worn under ballistic armor vests. The Flex9 consists of a shirt with flame resistant sleeves, yoke, collar and deltoid ballistic protection. It also has a foam elbow pad covered with flame resistant fabric.

The non-ballistic materials used in the construction of the Flex9 are equal to those used in the construction of the ACS and provide the same capability (flame resistance, no melt – no drip, and moisture wicking).

excellent find checkout. I am really pleased to see this and really strongly desire that the company will make so much monies that the revenue as well as gross profits is able to kill the 200 million os or whereever it gets to without needing to consolidate. I want a straight $10 plus shares and hope that the company does not rush to list on Nasdaq where it will more than likely undergo ...more
