UNI, now merged with MRS, can bid on these large contracts
because they now have a line of credit over 100 million dollars and can finance the contract until they get paid. Besides there stellar reputation for over twenty years, they could not bid on large contracts before this merge. But these types of contracts/business/contacts/vendors etc. are still there expertise.

Checkout, I don't recall reading in the financials that they have a $100M LOC, where did you find that?
