Millennium Silver Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral properties in Canada and Nevada, United Stated of America. The Company is focused on the exploration and development of its Silver Peak silver-gold project in southwest Nevada and its Simon Mine silver-lead-zinc project in the Walker-Lane Trend south of Reno, Nevada. The Silver Peak Mining Project is an advanced exploration project focused on the past-producing Nivloc and 16-to-1 silver-gold mines in the Silver Peak mining district in Nevada. The Silver Peak property consists of 3,943 contiguous acres covering no less than 14 fault zones. It holds 100% interest in the Simon Property, consisting of 20 patented and three unpatented contiguous claims. The Company also holds a further 34 contiguous unpatented mining claims. It holds 100% interest in 135 mineral claims situated in five claim groups in Deer Lake, Newfoundland, and Labrador.
