Don't know if any of you are familiar with Jordan Peterson but YouTube him. His great quote was "Being the CEO of a big company is a tremendous responsibility. Like you can't afford to make one mistake because there are hundreds of people lined up behind you to take your job. It's an incredibly stressful position if you're doing it right because you're always looking over your shoulder expecting to be replaced by someone younger and smarter. You need yo work 7 days a week just to be average"
Based on John's remarks in the newsletter he is not looking over his shoulder. And there in lies the problem.
