It seems clear that Martello is paying attention to what is being said on this forum. The out-of-date investor presentation that I referenced 2 days ago (the one bragging about why Elfiq makes Martello so much better) has been removed. The LinkedIn pages of Danforth and the two buddies he hired are still kissie-faced.

Great. If that is the case then Mr. Linton please take over the helm on an interim basis for 6 months and make an acquisition, close as many sales deals as you can, get on BNN and talk about Martello every second they allow you to, get the stock to a level that will allow you to uplist and then hand the reigns to your succesor.  Formula for success isn't hard. Some of the optical stuff they are fixing should have been noticed internally. But I would urge Mr. Linton to nudge his board colleagues to spend some of their lofty board fees on shares through the market and not just waiting for the options. They are making solid fees for the size of the company and if they do not see it worth spending $10k to $15k of the fees they amassed through several years ...more

And that goes for Proctor as well. At $400k salary he can buy some shares on the market. Sometimes folk say it is their money and we dont know what personal obligations they have, but he is not making $150k. And if he gets a military pension as well, he should see investing part of this lofty income into company shares as part of his job. Unless of course he has much better investment prospects ...more
