Different Scenarios

Market cap is now $35 million. Even if someone came along and offered $0.15 a share that's $45.3 million and a 30% premium from $0.115 right now. I would argue most people are averaged between $0.40-0.60 a share. My thought is unless the two co-founders save this stock themselves with a large loan, I'm talking at least $20-$30 million which will not happen, and completely overhaul management and the board this is going to keep going lower. Penny stock shorters will now be all over this if it goes below $0.10 a share and try to drive it to $0 because it's easy work and money for them.

i definitely agree 100% with you here. Even if they did somehow get a massive loan and overhaul management like you stated, they would still need to find a completely different product line up. It's clear that the market has spoken, they don't see a need/want for their current existing products. This company is a complete and utter failure.
