lol putting this news out right before financials assures me the numbers will suck. Fluff news.... it was Martello joining Microsoft not the other way around. Read the program... fuk this company

ive worked in a few companies that are in the same program- it doesnt give you anything substantive.  You still got to sell your solution and we have seen how much the market wants their DEM solution.  No news sales since aquistion and that is coming from an insider...do your own DD

yup, totally agree! Half this board just taking all these silly news releases as huge wins. The numbers will be absolutely awful tomorrow, count on it. This is all a ploy by management to say that they are on the right track, numbers wont lie tomorrow

Whatever the game is, Matthews and Linton are the ones that will be wearing the results. Granted, as folks whose wealth is not tied at all to MTLO worth, their stake is much less significant than that of many retail shareholders, I would guess.

I am sure there is still work involved in selling solutions, but this was marketed to shareholders as a major initiative. Implicitly, we are expected to see some good results. It is good that it happened now then half a year or a year from now. Earlier engagement means that we need to see good results earlier. So now it is up to Proctor and his team to make it happen and deliver significant growth ...more

On the topic of due diligence, there is only one DEM provider in this program, which is a program of only ~1% of MS partners. That's a very small # of parterns, so interesting that you've worked for a few of them.  Perhaps the companies were simply partners, not GISV partners... This program that MTLO has told us they've worked to become part of for months, incentivizes MS ...more

Proctor should be on a full-on dog and pony show if this is as good as he made it sound. His #1 objective now should be to bring some sense to the SP so that a higher SP can open up doors for other ways to grow the business. If he can't do that, and he is not technically strong, how is he fulfilling the role of a publicly traded company CEO? Let's go!
