The Company will hold the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 1:00pm PST at The Ramada Hotel & Conference Centre (2170 Harvey Ave, Kelowna, BC).  The notice of meeting and information circular, as well as a copy of the proxy form and financial statement request form have been filed on Sedar+.  With the heightened health risks associated with respiratory illnesses, you should not attend the Meeting in person if you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms.  As such, the Company is encouraging shareholders to submit their votes by proxy in advance of the meeting (deadline for this is November 19, 2025 at 1:00pm PST) and to attend the meeting via Zoom (Meeting ID #857 2265 0097) in lieu of physical attendance at the Ramada.  Shareholders attending via Zoom will not be allowed to vote at the meeting, but may still vote their shares by proxy online.
