There won't be a private placement, JV partner paying all expenses according to Chuck at the AGM.

yes with him buying up the stock this looks like it's more of a done deal as well. Just think Carter if you bought up all those shares at .01 you up 200%! I hope we get a NR about the deal before Xmas.
