$MYID insures senior secured debentures

$MYID insures senior secured debentures

Yesterday Reklaim Ltd. ($MIYD.V $MYIDF) announced that it has insured senior secured debentures from institutional investors for aggregate gross proceeds of $1.64M. 


The debentures mature in four years and pay interest at a rate of 12.0% per annum.


In a year $MYID will have the right to prepay the Debentures, in whole or in part. 


The net proceeds will be used by $MYID for general working capital & general corporate purposes.
