The company only reported the first half of the story in the past due to the incapability of the management.If you have noticed that the follow-up news is not delivered  in a timely manner as expected, it is finished. They will cover this in the next Management Discussion with a short sentence (read between lines carefully though). .That is call pumping.Shellfish

If you read the latest Management Discussion, as of Sept 30 2011, the company had current asset of 531 k (including 97 k cash) , and yet current liability of 701 k. Mine#2 still in leagal dispute, and Mine# 3 has recently joined the dispute as well. Also please keep in mind that NAG then aquired lots of coal properties in KY, but these were not much different from option

I doubt Charles can find some method to pump any further life out of this stock,...all previous intergrity that he may have had is gone.   Additionally, to see Charles having to sell SLT stocks at .02 cents is another negative sign that willl stop any serious investor from giving NAG or any other company associated with Charles a second / third / forth, fifth chance.   Way to go
