Who can explain why NDA is not moving faster higher?

Is there a major deal going on in behind the scenes that can catapult this stock upwards in a hurry like it did on Feb. 22?

I think it has more to do with the herd mentality of some of the people who flooded in lately who have now moved their focus elsewhere. Having an attention span of days rather than months or years, if the SP doesn't continue upward they lose inerest. Good riddance say I. If one doesn't have patience one is gonna be a disappointed investor real quick. GLTAL
