First time in their history they didn't increase distribution on next year, AFFP payout still around 55%, Q3 results are neutral- no catalyst and no bad news.

This must be the only REIT with 100% Occupancy and triple net lease & self managed. Should be trading near NAV or at premium to NAV. Why trading below NAV?

As Zakuta and others keep buying so will I. This reit has a safer distribution than sru and likely keeps growing. Great opportunity at $5. I have bought quite a bit in my rrsp.
