AlwaysLong, you made some great points that I have been wondering all along as well.  To your comments I add: if a company does a major step-out from last known mineralization and hits bonanza grades, is that not material information that needs to be news released right away, and not held back for weeks, months?  Have they not significantly expanded the deposit, making that material information?

Well, now, take Kirkland Lake's latest news release.  Two things of significance:

1.  They have hit high-grade gold 500 m down plunge from their deepest known mineralization at the Swan Zone, and 1000 m down-plunge at Robbin's Hill.  They are showing that these orogenic systems are HUGE, and keep going down deeper and deeper.

2.  They released results from 197 holes!  Talk about holding back assay results and releasing them all at once!

howdy Flyder, not sure about what exactly has to be reported and when as a "Junior" but that "status" is significant. i always looked at it like the Vancouver Exchange, a little looser with rules and regulations, kinda like the otcbb but not as bad as pink sheets where anything goes, we do not have a NI 43-101, Resource Estimate, a confirmed and inferred mineral resource

hehe ya but the tsx-v is like Junior A hockey, the tsx is the NHL. and besides it'd be much closer for me to visit and meet up with bdog ! the NYSE American is only for additional international credibility and exposure, and the connections they'll make for additional ventures, these Pallisades guys are gonna be carrying the torch passed on from guys like ES for a long time. best regards
