Checked out 2022-23 years and not a single share bought by management .

This, in a period of sharp price declines caused by managements inappropriate choice of assay method and assayer along with wasting $33 million on others moose pasture.

Is this the management team you want to manage your investment here ?

You can rage against management all you like but they are not going anywhere. So sell your stock if your disenchanted about the company unless your EK because he doesn't have any stock.

Don't fret with over Paper Losses when you are sitting on a potential multi-bagger. Dollar-Cost-Averaging can increase your potential gains, if you have the stomach for it.  We know, it's not a matter, if gold will spike, but WHEN?? :) IMO
