Milestones & CatalystsIf you have not had a chance to review the June 2022 Presentation on the website, I encourage you to take a look. Lots of good information.
In particular, Page 14 outlines the "milestones and catalysts" for the next 12 months. Q2/2022 is already checked off. Q3/2022 plans include announcing LiB anode production strategy. Mr. Jacquemin and Mr. Bowes have both stated this will involve outside expertise, or company. Looking forward to this announcement within three months. Could be a major game changer. The other milestones for Q3 should be achieved with the Mousseau West graphite option fairly certain.
Q4/2022, Q1/2023, and Q2/2023 have a lot of catalysts to move this company as a major player in the graphite and battery space. If management can achieve these goals, by late 2024 or early 2025, the company might have three graphite mines in production along with a producing anode facility. These achievements would be remarkable! IMO, personally do not believe there will be another North American graphite producer within five years. Just does not appear feasible.
On Page 15 of the Presentation it states ~$35M in warrants outstanding. Hopefully the above mentioned milestones/catalysts move the stock price >$2 per share within six months. If one-half of the warrants are exercised within this time, this will be a healthy addition to the treasury. At $2/share with 138M shares out results in a market cap (MC) of only ~$275M. This MC appears to be low given the execution and potential. I believe the MC should move much higher than $275M, depending on graphite prices. Northern is "significantly" undervalued to peers, currently.
Best to all. LC
P.S. I have printed off Page 14 of the Presentation and will be following the execution as outlined. Please note on Page 15 Imerys SA holds 6,841,600 shares, IMO this shows a lot of confidence by Imerys.
