You never know for sure with markets. But...with these acquisitions and staring down a tremendous upside and an oversubscribed financing (not to mention Sprott financing in Graphite ??) this is a lot more interesting with a much better known future than when trading halted. I am in for the long haul so next few days might be interesting but the upside of graphite moving extremely fast and am ...more

if we knew what prices would do we'd be making a lot of money!! the fnancing was done at .75 and included 1/2 warrants so previous shareholders are probably now selling the existing NGC shares to pay for the new .75 placement, it makes sense trade your old shares for new shares and get the warrants. They might push the price a bit lower than .75 but not much. then the new NGC story takes ...more

Thanks for the insight, the shares are trading under NGC now, is it chaging symbols tomorrow? and the new purchase will include a warrant? where is the information on that?

info on the private placement they just did is in a News Release which was posted by someone on this board a few weeks ago and it's on NGC website. Terms were .75 for 1 share and 1/2 warrant, warrant exercise price 1.10 and it's valid for 2 years from the time they close the financing I'm not aware of a planned name/symbol change but maybe they are.

PP at .75. Sprott in for $3 milliom.  Oversold today as a result of those holding during the halt.  Bright future IMO

I bought some yesterday at 0.89 and 0.85, just couldn't believe it dropped far below the 0.75 financing price, and no support. I believe NGC should be valued much much more, and they are a producer now. A few names's market cap in graphite: NOU - project development, Can$500M, NEXT - project development, Can$368M, GPH - , Can$148M; LLG, Can$75; NGC, producer, Can$50M. tiger
