BAM is a 5 yr build.

Sending graphite to China for processing is brain dead in this era...did you even read any of the criteria in the US IRA

Unsure what you are a student of...crazy speculation is your Major i'm guessing

Clearly, we all  now know the proposed Baie Comeau supersite graphite processing facility and 2000,000 tpa "BAM" manufacturing facility is a "merely proposed" ...more
