Saying "they don't understand the sudden increase in volume and the management direction hasn't changed".  Then in 3 weeks they'll put out a news release stating the opposite.

havent seen a company halt for 'no material change' news before, but maybe the huge volume would make them halt for any news.

"Pending Company Contact" what does it mean ? what usually happens ?  Volume was out of mind in 2.5 hours over 18 mill

I think IIROC is trying to contact company to clarify the stock movement but they are unable to get in touch with the company. I called the company and talk to one of the lady (probably receptionist) she said “they” are not answering the phone and prefer to take a voice mail and call you back. i think those guys are preparing news release and don’t want to be in contact for a while.

If thats what she's telling you, then there could be something actually happening.  If there was nothing happening, they always talk to you.
